LanScape VOIP Media Engine (and Upgrades): After you make your purchase, you will be notified via email when your order is ready. At that time, you will be given information so that you can download your product images from our FTP servers.

All other software: After you make your purchase, you will be notified via email when your order is ready. At that time, you will be able to use the LanScape License Manager application to download your product images using the product license files that you received.
