Dear LanScape Customer,
 
 In an attempt to bring all LanScape customers the support they require,
 we have recently mounted the LanScape support forum section of our
 web site.
 
 The LanScape support forum is located at:
 
     http://www.lanscapecorp.com/forum/default.asp
 
 
 To obtain the best support possible, we ask the following:
 
 1) If you have not already done so, please go to the support forum
 and create a user account for yourself. Creating a user account is
 simple and takes 1-2 minutes to complete.
 
 At the top of the main forum page, there is a link to "Register" yourself
 as a new user. Follow the Register link to create your new support
 forum account.
  
 Forum Preferences: There are two forum settings you will want to enable.
 Select Yes for the "Notify me of replies to posts" and (optionally)
 select Yes for the "Automatically log me in when I return to the forum"
 radio buttons.
 
 2) Please take a brief moment to become familiar with the support 
 forum. As a registered user of the forum you can: post support 
 related questions and receive notification when LanScape or other 
 users respond to your post.
 
 3) All support related question in the forum will be answered by
 LanScape support staff as they are received.
 
 LanScape support staff will answer all forum questions first. Any
 support related questions that are sent directly to the support 
 group's email address will be answered after all forum support 
 questions are answered.
