Dear Support team,

I am planning to utilize the 'Use database interface' feature to link up the external database with the Centrex Proxy Server. However, I found that such feature is disabled and cannot be used in Centrex Proxy Server Personal trial version. Please suggest how I enable it. Thanks.

Regards,
Kingston

Hi Kingston,

The “external” database support is only offered in the Pro or Enterprise versions of the product. You will have to request a new trial version of one of these “product grades”.

Send an email to support ‘at’ lanscapecorp.com and we will email you a new install image. Please specify either the Pro or enterprise version.

Repost as needed,

Support
